    Robert Thomas, CPA, has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Alice Company since 2002. His current and past board service includes Presbyterian College, South Carolina Manufacturers Alliance, Manufacturers Caring for Pickens County, Meals on Wheels of Greenville and Middle Tyger YMCA. In addition, he is currently serving on the finance & investment committee of the Community Foundation of Greenville. He is a graduate of Presbyterian College and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Accounting and Applied Mathematics.

Kelly also serves on the City Council of Travelers Rest and on the boards of Greenville First Steps and South Carolina Planned Giving Council. In her spare time, Kelly can be found on stage performing with Alchemy Comedy Theater.

    Terrell Mills is General Counsel and Vice President of Pacolet Milliken. He has 23 years of experience, with a focus on mergers and acquisition, financing transactions, and corporate and governance matters. Past community and professional board service includes SCBIO Board of Directors, Greenville Chamber of Commerce Economic Scorecard, Upstate Alliance Bio Task Force, Westminster Presbyterian Church Long Range Planning Committee Member and Pastoral Search Committee Member, Camperdown Academy Board of Trustees, Sterling School Improvement Council, and Upstate Carolina Angel Network. He is a 1988 graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology and a 1999 graduate of University of Richmond School of Law. He is also an alumnus of Riley Institute (Furman University) Diversity Leaders Initiative, Upstate Class VIII, 2009 and Leadership Greenville Class 30, 2004.

    Kris Kapoor is CIO for Bakala Capital, where he works with a strong team of investment professionals to manage a globally diversified, multi-asset class portfolio. Prior to joining the Greenville/Prague-based single family office, he was CIO at Furman University. Prior to Furman, Kris worked for BB&T Asset Management and Michelin North America, where he was Vice President/Portfolio Manager and Manager of Pension Investments, respectively. Kris serves on the investment committee for the Peace Center for the Performing Arts, where he has also served as a trustee. He is a long-time member of the editorial board of the Academy for Institutional Investors.

    Kris is a CFA charterholder. He graduated from Furman University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and later attended Thunderbird, where he received an International MBA, which he earned with distinction.

    Kris lives in Greenville with his wife and two children. He enjoys golf, hiking and traveling with his family and friends.

    Addy Matney is a consultant with 25 years of experience in community relations, nonprofit board governance, collective impact, facilitation, and project planning. She served as the board chair of Piedmont Health Foundation in 2015. Active in numerous nonprofit and civic organizations, Addy currently serves as a board member of the Phillis Wheatley Community Center. She also serves as the Chair of the Community Advisory Board for Family Connects and as a member of the Steering Committees for Greenville Connects, Impact Greenville, and a Task Force Member of Greenville Together: A Home for All. Addy served on the Greenville Transit Authority Board for nine years. She was Chair of The Children’s Museum of the Upstate board of directors from 2014 to 2015. She is a 2025 graduate of Furman University’s Diversity Leaders Initiative at the Riley Institute. She is a graduate of Clemson University.

    Michelle Mahle, CPA is a tax shareholder for Elliott Davis. As the firm’s tax operations and innovation leader, she is responsible for developing and implementing both current and long-term strategies for the firm’s tax practice. Prior to taking on this role, Michelle provided tax compliance and consulting services to closely held businesses, business owners and individuals for more than 20 years. Her client facing experience has made her acutely aware of the direct needs of her customers and her internal, operational focus allows her to optimize service levels throughout the firm. Michelle is still fairly new to Greenville, but has prior Board experience with The Intergenerational School (TIS), Solon Stars USA Swim Club, and the Cleveland Chapter of the Ohio Society of CPAs in Northeast Ohio.

    Brian Boughner is Principal and Co-Founder of Parallel Financial, a Registered Investment Advisory firm headquartered in Greenville, SC. He has been a financial advisor and portfolio manager since 1999. He currently serves as board trustee and past board president for Project Host. His past board experience includes, South Carolina Children's Theatre, Greenville Theatre, and Flat Rock Playhouse. Brian is an alumnus of Leadership Greenville class 45, a CFA charterholder, a Chartered Market Technician, and also holds a B.S. from Florida State University.
  • Alecia Brewster

    Alecia Brewster

    Alecia is the Director of Mentoring for OnTrack Greenville. She also serves as Director for Greenville Mentoring Collaborative, a network of youth mentoring providers and community stakeholders working together so that every Greenville youth has the supportive relationships needed to develop into thriving adults.

    Alecia earned a degree in Elementary Education from College of Charleston and a Master of Public Administration from Clemson University. She has served in management and leadership roles for Greenville based nonprofit organizations over the past 13 years. Alecia’s career began as an elementary teacher in Greenville County and Charleston County Title I schools where she saw the multifaceted challenges and impacts of poverty.

    Alecia currently chairs the Tanglewood Middle School Improvement Council, serves as Tri-Chair for SC Poor People's Campaign and is on the Greenville Homeless Alliance advocacy work group. Alecia is also on the national Board of Directors for JustFaith Ministries, an organization that creates transformative small group programs that inspire action to address the root causes of injustice.

    Sean Dogan is the Community Health Director at Bon Secours Saint Francis and the pastor at Long Branch Baptist Church. His current and past board service includes GHS Board of Trustees, United Way Board of Trustees, SHARE Board of Directors, Greenville Forward Board of Directors, LiveWell Greenville Leadership Team, Senior Action Board of Trustees, Generations Group Board of Directors, Pendleton Place for Children and Families Board of Directors, Public Education Partners Board of Directors, Civitan, Urban League of the Upstate, UNCF Upstate and N.A.A.C.P. He is a 1998 graduate of Clemson University, attended Shaw School of Divinity, and is also a graduate of The Riley Institute Diversity Leadership Initiative.

    Tiffany Santagati

    Tiffany Santagati is the VP of Operations at the Greenville Housing Fund, where she has been since 2021. She has over fifteen years of experience in the banking and finance industry where she served in a variety of strategic and leadership roles. Tiffany is adept at working in both the public and private sectors, and in building strong, collaborative partnerships. She has also demonstrated a deep commitment to facilitating meaningful community change, promoting economic development, and improving quality-of-life for those facing economic and social challenges through her thoughtful, focused volunteer efforts at multiple non-profit organizations, both in the Upstate and statewide, including service on the Boards of Directors for Children’s Trust of South Carolina, the Greenville Technical College Foundation, the Hispanic Alliance, Bold Leadership Network, the Community Foundation of Greenville, the Jolley Foundation, and the American Red Cross of the Upstate. She has been recognized as a top professional by, among others, the Greenville Chamber of Commerce and GSA Business Magazine, and she is a graduate of Leadership Greenville and Furman University’s Diversity Leaders Initiative at the Riley Institute. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from USC-Upstate, a M.B.A. from Webster University and is pursuing a PhD in Leadership Studies from Anderson University.

    Bo Campbell

    Bo is a business lawyer in Greenville, SC. His practice focuses on affordable housing development, representing public housing authorities and non-profit developers in the acquisition, rehabilitation, and new construction of affordable and workforce housing across South Carolina. Bo serves as general counsel to the Housing Authority of the City of Greenville, SC, the Greenville Housing Fund, Spartanburg Housing, Columbia Housing (and others) providing counsel to boards and staff regarding development matters, federal (HUD) and state law compliance, contracting, employment, procurement, and state and federal litigation matters. Bo also works with small to mid-market businesses on formations, contracting, mergers and acquisitions, and general litigation. Bo practiced in Columbia and Charleston before joining Greenville’s Horton Law Firm in 2003. He started his own law practice in Greenville in September 2023. Bo has a Bachelor of Arts (’89) and Juris Doctor (’92) from the University of South Carolina. Bo’s past board experience includes the First Baptist Church Foundation, Bike Walk Greenville, and the Greenville Spinners.

    Claire Stam, PhD

    Claire Marie Stam, PhD is Director of the Addiction Medicine Center at Prisma Health where she supports the development and execution of research and programmatic activity as it relates to addiction treatment, prevention, and recovery. Dr. Stam is a Greenville native and graduate of Furman University with a double major in Communication Studies and Spanish. She obtained her Master in Business Administration, Master in Public Administration, and PhD in Educational Leadership from Clemson University. She is the 2023-2024 President of the Junior League of Greenville, an organization of women whose mission is to advance women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training. She leads the 1,100+ member organization’s leadership activities and initiatives that help women in the Greenville community overcome barriers, focusing on human trafficking and economic mobility. She received Greenville Business Magazine’s Best and Brightest 35 and Under in 2017 and GSA Business Report’s 40 Under 40 in 2024.
